02 / MEET YOUR PHYSIO
A real person.
In your corner.
Hi, I’m Dr. Amisha Angle (PT).
I believe good physiotherapy begins with listening. To what hurts, to what matters to you, and to what you want to be able to do again.
My approach brings together hands-on treatment, movement education, and progressive exercise. We’ll look beyond the immediate discomfort and build a practical plan around your everyday life.
Less focus on limitations.
More room for possibilities.

CARE THAT GOES WITH YOU
A LITTLE REASSURANCE
Good care is personal.
So are people’s experiences.
Choosing your physiotherapist matters. Read patient feedback on our Google listing and get to know the care before your first visit.
A LITTLE CLARITY
Good questions.
Honest answers.
Starting something new can bring questions. Here are a few we often hear.
Ask us on WhatsAppHow many sessions will I need?
Every recovery is different. Your condition, goals, and response to treatment help determine your plan. After your first assessment, Dr. Amisha will discuss a suggested schedule and review it as you progress.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
You can contact the clinic directly for an assessment. If you have a referral, scan reports, or notes from your surgeon, please bring them. Your physiotherapist may recommend a medical review when appropriate.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely. Bring any relevant medical reports, a list of medications, and any questions you’d like to discuss. You don’t need to have all the answers before you arrive.
Will physiotherapy be painful?
Some movements or treatments can feel challenging, but care should stay within your tolerance. Tell your physiotherapist about any discomfort or sharp pain so the approach can be adjusted.
Can physiotherapy help me avoid surgery?
For some conditions, physiotherapy can improve function and help manage symptoms without surgery. It is not a substitute for every surgical treatment. Your physiotherapist and treating doctor can help you understand the options appropriate to your condition.
How do I confirm my appointment?
Use the request form below to prepare a WhatsApp message, or call the clinic. Your preferred date and time are a request, not a confirmed booking. The clinic will confirm availability with you directly.
